Trade guide · Yoga Studios
Web hosting for yoga studios, sold plainly
Everything studio owners and teachers running classes of their own need to run a website worth trusting — speed, security and support on the price tag, with nothing hidden underneath it.
Straight answer first
Yoga studios need speed, uptime and the particulars of the trade — starting with a schedule embed pulled from whichever booking platform you use — from a setup that never asks them to hire a webmaster to keep it running.
Hosting Seller's plans carry exactly that: LiteSpeed-cached NVMe hosting from a couple of dollars a month, with free SSL, a free move in, mailboxes on your domain and human support at any hour.

Most yoga studios run a site built around the class schedule, what it costs, your teachers, workshops and retreat pages. Every piece of it leans on what sits underneath: disk speed, storage room, forms that deliver and mail that lands.
A studio is really selling three separate things — drop-in classes, the intro offer and the expensive retreat — and each of them does its best work on a page of its own that people can link to directly. Weigh up hosting with that in front of you and most of the usual mistakes never get made.
The way it goes wrong is always familiar: a twelve-place retreat going half empty because its page sat buried and slow instead of being quick to open and easy to pass on. Good hosting exists to take that outcome off the table entirely.
The hosting shopping list for yoga studios
Written out straight, the needs read like this: a schedule embed pulled from whichever booking platform you use, intro-offer pages that turn a nervous first-timer into a member, workshop and retreat pages that take deposits and count places down and a quiet, quick site that carries the same feeling as the room.
None of it needs an enterprise budget. It needs a host that gets the basics right: NVMe storage for the speed, LiteSpeed caching for the busy days, mailboxes included for the professional address, and a daily backup for the bad afternoons.
Why quick pages pay for themselves here
Visitors decide in seconds, usually on a phone, usually at the exact moment they were ready to act. A twelve-place retreat going half empty because its page sat buried and slow instead of being quick to open and easy to pass on — that is what slow hosting really costs, and it never appears as a line on any invoice.
The fix is structural rather than cosmetic. Server-level caching serves most visits as ready-made pages, NVMe keeps every database exchange instant, and WebP conversion delivers your pictures at a fraction of their old weight. None of it needs configuring — that is simply how the platform arrives.
Software that suits this kind of site
In practice, sites in this trade run on WordPress with a yoga theme, Momoyoga or Mindbody schedule embeds and WooCommerce for workshops — every one of them installable in a single click from the control panel, with no command line anywhere in sight.
Start simpler than you think you should. A tight site that gets the essentials right — intro-offer pages that turn a nervous first-timer into a member — beats an ambitious one left half-finished, and the platform makes adding more later a plugin rather than a rebuild.
Mail, trust and the small professional details
A reply from you@yourdomain reads differently to one from a free webmail address — customers take the domain as evidence that the business is real. Every plan includes mailboxes on your own domain, so that professional address costs nothing on top.
Behind all that, a daily backup turns a bad update or a deleted folder into a ten-minute restore instead of a crisis — and support answers at any hour, which counts most at exactly the times trouble prefers.

First Steps
From choosing to live
- 1
Choose the plan that fits
Most yoga studios sit comfortably on our Launch or Pro plan — the first-year domain and the SSL are already on the tag, and moving up later is an account change rather than a move.
- 2
Build it here or bring it over
Install WordPress or the Website Builder in one click — or, if a site already lives somewhere else, our staff carry it across free of charge, usually within a day.
- 3
Point the domain, then launch
Connect the domain, check the site on your own phone, and get back to the actual business — backups, SSL renewals and uptime monitoring run themselves from that point on.

The questions we get asked most
Can I take retreat bookings and payments when the places are limited?
You can. List the retreat as a product with a stock count of twelve, take either a deposit or the full amount, and the page shuts itself the moment the last place goes. After that a waiting list carries on gathering email addresses for the next one.
Which booking systems will run alongside your hosting?
Every one in common use. Mindbody, Momoyoga, TeamUp and Acuity all connect by embed code or plain link, which means they run on any plan we sell. Choose the system on what it does for your classes; the site will happily carry whichever you land on.
Where do the servers actually sit?
Our hosting runs from European datacentres with London at the centre, behind server-level caching that keeps cached pages quick for visitors anywhere. For most sites the build of the platform — NVMe disks, LiteSpeed, sensible numbers of accounts per machine — decides the speed far more than the postcode does.
How do I pay, and does it bill again on its own?
Orders go through a secure checkout by credit or debit card, and the renewal is taken at the same price you first paid. Every invoice sits in the client area for you to read, and switching auto-renewal off is a toggle in your account rather than a phone call.
Does hosting come with mailboxes?
It does — mailboxes on your own domain ship with every hosting plan, with webmail, IMAP, POP and SMTP access and spam filtering fitted as standard. There is also standalone email hosting for domains whose website lives somewhere else entirely.
Do you shift an existing site across at no charge?
We do. Open a ticket with the login details for your current host and the whole lot comes over: files, databases, mailboxes and configuration. You check the copy before DNS changes hands, and the old site keeps serving customers until the new one takes the traffic, so nobody ever sees a gap.
How quickly can I be up and running?
Minutes, not days. The account opens the moment the order clears, the domain — free for year one on annual plans — attaches straight away, and the one-click installer puts WordPress or any of 400+ applications on the page before you leave your chair. Already have a site elsewhere? Hand it over and we move it free, usually inside a day.
