The board is green

A straight read on how the platform is doing this minute. If something breaks, you'll see it here before you have to ask anyone.

Board kept current

A long aisle of servers inside a global data centre network

Under The Hood

Built to stay up, and checked to prove it

The platform runs out of hardened datacentres with standby power, cooling and network paths, so one fault doesn't have to take your site with it. Automated probes watch every core service and raise a flag the moment something drifts.

  • Standby power and cooling
  • More than one upstream route
  • NVMe drives with backups behind them
  • Health probes running all day

Our Promise

A status board you can trust

Watched without a gap

Automated probes hit every core service around the clock, which is how a small fault gets caught before it turns into a big one.

Spare parts already in place

Duplicate power feeds, network routes and storage mean a single failure doesn't have to reach you at all.

The board says what's true

What you read here is what we see. We won't sit on a rough hour just to keep a row green.

Monitored

What we keep an eye on

This is what sits behind the green ticks above — checked around the clock, not once a day.

  • Health probes on servers and nodes
  • Mail delivery and queue depth
  • Control panel and sign-in access
  • Datacentre power and network circuits
  • DNS lookups and propagation
  • SSL certificate issuance
  • Nightly backup jobs finishing
  • The provisioning and deployment API

If Something's Off

Real people, ready to help

Not every problem is a platform outage — often it's a DNS record catching up or a certificate due for renewal. Either way our support team will help you find it and fix it, and tell you what's happening while they do.

  • Tickets and chat, day and night
  • Engineers, not canned replies
  • Straight answers while we work
  • Help pinning down account-specific faults

Hit A Snag?

Three steps to get it sorted

  1. 1

    Check this board

Every core service is listed with its current state. Anything wrong at our end gets flagged here first.

  2. 2

    Look in your control panel

Sign in and rule out a one-off on a single site, mailbox or DNS record that you can put right yourself.

  3. 3

    Write to support

Still stuck? Open a ticket describing what you're seeing, and our team will dig in and keep you posted.

Peace Of Mind

Reliability isn't an add-on here

99.9% uptime, the target

Every plan on our shelves is built and watched against a 99.9% uptime target.

Guarded and backed up

Free SSL, network-level protection and regular backups keep your data safe and within reach.

Support that answers

Human help around the clock means somebody is there the moment you need to ask.

FAQ

Questions about this board

What does a green board actually mean?

That every core piece — web hosting, VPS, email, the control panel and the network — is behaving normally, with nothing wrong at our end. If a service slows down or drops, its row on this board says so.

How fresh is what I'm reading here?

Our team keeps the board matched to the real state of the platform. As soon as we see something off with hosting, VPS, email, the control panel or the network, the affected row is updated to reflect it.

The board is green but my site isn't. Now what?

That is usually something local to your account rather than a platform outage — a DNS change still spreading, a certificate that lapsed, a plugin conflict, or a resource limit you have run into. Start in your control panel, and if that doesn't explain it, write to support and we'll chase it down with you.

Do you guarantee uptime?

We build and monitor for 99.9% uptime, backed by duplicate power, network and storage paths. If an outage covered by your plan affects your service, contact support so we can go through your account and what the plan includes with you.

I've found a fault that isn't on the board. How do I report it?

Send support your domain, the service affected and what you are running into. Reports from customers help us catch things quickly, including faults our automated probes have not picked up yet.

Seen something we haven't?

If your end looks wrong and this board still reads green, tell us — the team will be on it.
