Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

Shared, business, WordPress and WooCommerce hosting plans all carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting fee. Reseller hosting carries a 7-day guarantee. Decide inside that window that the service isn't for you, tell us, and the hosting fee comes back. There is no form to fill in and no exit interview.

2. What sits outside the guarantee

A few products are switched on with our upstream providers the moment you order. That cost is spent straight away, so it cannot be returned:

• domain registrations, renewals and transfers;
• VPS and dedicated server plans, once provisioned;
• the free domain bundled with a plan — you keep it, so its registration cost may be deducted from a hosting refund;
• SSL certificates and any other add-on already issued.

3. Renewals

The guarantee applies to a first hosting purchase; it does not reach renewal charges. Cancel whenever you like to stop future billing — just do it before the renewal date, or the next term gets charged.

4. How to claim

Email info@hosting-seller.com or open a ticket from your client area, giving your account details and the service you want refunded. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.

5. Chargebacks and misuse

Come to us before you go to your bank — dealing with us directly is almost always the quicker route. We may decline a refund where the evidence shows the guarantee has been misused, or where our Terms of Service have been breached.
