Can I set up email using my own domain name?
You can, and that's the entire point of the plan. Every mailbox sits on your domain, so mail leaves and arrives as you@yourdomain.com. If the domain is registered with somebody else, point its MX records at us and you're set. If you'd rather start with a fresh domain, you can register one during checkout.
Do I also need to buy website hosting?
No. This is email sold on its own, so you get mailboxes on your domain without taking a website hosting package as well. Worth saying plainly: all of our web hosting plans already include email at no extra cost, so this product is aimed at people whose site sits with another provider, or who want mail and nothing else.
How much storage and how many mailboxes are included?
Up to ten mailboxes, each holding 10 GB — enough for years of messages and attachments — plus as many as 500 aliases and forwarders. If you outgrow that later, moving to one of our hosting plans raises the limits further.
Can I access this email from Outlook or my phone?
