A sensible hesitation. Here is what actually protects you, rather than us insisting we're trustworthy.
We never hold your card details
Card details go to Stripe and stay on Stripe's systems. What lands with us is a token and the final four digits, nothing more. There is little here for a thief to bother with.
Any issuing country is fine
Payment is not blocked by where you live. So long as your Visa, Mastercard or Amex is cleared for international online purchases, the checkout will accept it.

The money goes to IGI Security Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15881180. Look us up at Companies House before you part with a penny.
The renewal price is the signup price
Today's figure on the tag is the figure you hand over next term as well. There is no introductory rate here that creeps upward the moment year one ends.

What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit or debit, issued in any country in the world. Stripe runs the transaction; among payment processors it sits with the biggest and the most closely examined. Not on the counter today: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cryptocurrency. You should learn that here rather than discover it with a plan sitting in your basket.
Is PayPal an option?
Not today, no. The reason it matters is obvious enough, above all when the shop is one you have never bought from before, and a second gateway sits on the build list. Nothing goes on this page until it works properly at checkout. Advertising a method that dies at the till is worse than admitting the gap out loud.
Which currency actually hits my card?
US dollars. Around the site we convert prices into your local currency so the cost is easy to judge at a glance, but that sum is on screen only. What actually reaches your card is USD. Your bank then puts its own exchange rate against it, usually along with a foreign transaction fee of something like 2 to 3 per cent, which is why the entry on your statement can come out a shade higher than the converted number shown here.
How does the charge read on my statement?
The debit comes from our billing company, IGI Security Services Ltd, and may show alongside our billing domain rather than the Hosting Seller name. If a line looks unfamiliar, match the amount and date against the invoice in your client area, or send us a note and we will name it for you the same day.
Why would I hand my card details to a host I have never used?
Fair question, and the straight answer is to check rather than take our word for it. Stripe collects the card details and we never store them, so a break-in on our servers could not expose them. The company taking the money is IGI Security Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 15881180, with a registered office anyone can pull up on the public Companies House register. Hosting plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee and reseller plans 7 days, so a bad experience does not leave you stuck with us.
Can I pay by the month instead of a whole year in advance?
Right now, shared, WordPress and WooCommerce plans are billed by the year, and that is what keeps the monthly-equivalent number on the tag as low as it is. Paying twelve months at once is a real barrier in a good many countries, so shorter terms are on the roadmap. VPS, reseller and dedicated plans bill month to month already.
What happens if I want my money back?
Once a refund is approved it returns to the card that paid, in USD. Hosting comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, while reseller plans get 7 days. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers fall outside it: the registry charges us the instant a name is created, and that money never comes back. Full detail lives in the refund policy.
