Pakistan in Particular
Rules that bite in this market only
This is the one market where we can do something almost no international host manages: we register .pk names directly with PKNIC, the official .pk registry. Neither Namecheap nor our upstream platform can see .pk at all, which is why most foreign hosts leave it off the shelf entirely. Mind PKNIC's two-year minimum — a .pk costs $17.00 for two years, not one. We measured roughly 200 ms of connect time from Pakistan to our London servers, so cached pages hold up while admin work will feel heavier.

Can I order from Pakistan?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued in Pakistan all go through, and the account builds itself the moment the payment clears — nobody signs it off by hand, and nothing requires you to sit in the UK. The tag reads in PKR so you can weigh up the cost; the charge lands on your card in USD.
What do people in Pakistan usually pay with, and does your till take it?
Straight answer rather than the flattering one. JazzCash, Easypaisa and a local bank transfer, and this is one market where the gap really bites. PayPal does not serve consumers in Pakistan at all. Unless your card is cleared for international payments, you cannot pay us today, and you would rather learn that now than at the checkout screen. A card cleared for international payments is the one method we can always take. Better you learn that here than after you have spent an hour picking a plan.
Will the site feel quick to visitors in Pakistan?

In practice a first-time reader pulling a cached page rarely feels the distance, because that page can come from an edge location near them. Where the distance shows is logged-in work — the WordPress admin, a checkout, anything that cannot be cached — since every action travels to London and back. Is there tax to pay on an order placed in Pakistan?
Sitting outside both the UK and the EU, you pay no VAT on the order. Any local tax that may apply to importing a service is yours to work out and declare. If you are buying as a registered business, that is worth five minutes with your accountant.
Must I be in the UK to hold an account?
No. The company behind the counter is British — IGI Security Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 15881180, which anyone can check on the public Companies House register — but buying hosting carries no residency test and no business-registration test. An order placed in Pakistan runs through exactly as a London one does.
And if it turns out to be the wrong fit?
Change your mind on a hosting plan inside 30 days and we refund it; on reseller the window is 7. Either way that leaves room to build something real and measure how it performs for your own audience, instead of believing the numbers we print. Not right for you? Say so and the money goes back. One thing sits outside all this: domain registrations. Registries charge us the moment a name is booked, so no refund is possible there.
