Accessibility Statement

Scope

The marketing site at hosting-seller.com. It does not cover the billing and client area, which is third-party software we configure rather than write, nor the hosting control panel, which belongs to the platform supplier. Should you have arrived at a site hosted here by way of a reseller, nothing in this statement describes that site. Its accessibility rests with its owner rather than with us.

1. Target

WCAG 2.2 level AA. Assessed honestly, that reads largely conformant — met across every page we have actually tested, save for the exceptions in section 3.

That qualifier sits there deliberately. To claim full conformance across pages which nobody has tested individually would be unevidenced, and a statement pitched too high misleads the very people it was written for in the first place.

2. What is in place

• Every colour, whether body copy or interface, is measured against a 4.5:1 or 3:1 contrast threshold.
• Focus from the keyboard remains visible throughout, coloured bands included.
• On their shorter edge, primary controls measure 44px. Dense rows of links, the footer policy index among them, come in at 32px, which clears the 24px floor WCAG 2.2 sets in 2.5.8 without us claiming the larger figure for them at all.
• Motion here is decorative, and halts completely under prefers-reduced-motion.
• Real headings, real lists and real landmarks build these pages, not styled containers, and every form control carries a label instead of leaning on placeholder text.
• Down to 320px the layout reflows without horizontal scrolling, which satisfies WCAG 1.4.10. Measurement took place on 19 August 2026, across widths from 320px upward, and the result was already clean. Two sister sites on the same codebase were not, so the checking was worth doing rather than simply assuming.

3. Known limitations

• The build runs no automated checks. Contrast and structure get verified by hand whenever a review happens, so a regression may survive until somebody actually looks.
• Generated pages are untested individually. They follow templates that were reviewed. No screen reader has been taken across them individually, one at a time.
• Photography used for decoration carries empty alt text. Correct where the image decorates, although a handful are arguably informative and ought to describe themselves instead.
• Supplier surfaces. Checkout, the client area and the control panel are other companies' software. Defects get reported upstream; we cannot patch them ourselves.

4. Reporting a barrier

info@hosting-seller.com or the contact page. Tell us the page, what you were attempting at the time, and what stopped you. Browser and assistive technology are useful to know, though not required.

Answered within five working days. Where a barrier stops you buying something or reaching support, say so. We will finish the job with you by another route while the defect is being repaired. An answer that fails to satisfy escalates through the complaints procedure.

5. How this was assessed

Self-assessment: keyboard traversal done by hand, contrast measured right across the palette, and layout measured at viewport widths from 320px upward. Nobody independent has been commissioned to audit it, and this statement will go on saying so until somebody is.

Prepared on 19 August 2026, and revisited whenever the site changes materially.
