Legal, Policies and Terms

Revised August 4, 2026

The documents

IGI Security Services Ltd trades as Hosting Seller. Company No. 15881180, registered in England and Wales at 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 4944a, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1T 2EW. The agreements below are the ones that govern buying and using anything on this site.

  • Terms of Service

What you buy, what we take on, acceptable use, the uptime target and the credit due if we fall short of it, plus the ways either side can bring the arrangement to an end.

  • Privacy Policy

Which personal data we keep about you as a customer, the reason for it, the length of time we hold it, who else processes it for us, and what rights you can use over it.

  • Cookie Policy

A short list of the cookies this site sets: the ones that are strictly necessary, the ones that wait on your consent, and how to change your mind later.

  • Refund Policy

The money-back window product by product, since it differs from plan to plan, along with what falls outside it and how a refund gets paid back.

  • Data Processing Addendum

The terms Article 28 asks for, applied to personal data you hold on your own customers here: scope, security, sub-processors, transfers, audit and deletion.

  • Reporting Abuse

How to report phishing, spam, malware or copyright infringement on something sitting on our platform, and what happens once you have.

  • Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer

Rules for the website itself, not for the hosting sold through it: permitted use, ownership, how far a displayed price binds us, and what published guidance is actually worth.

  • GDPR and Your Data Rights

Using a right, and knowing which company answers when a reseller sits in the middle: the procedure itself, the identity check, the deadline, and the road to the ICO.

  • Data Security Statement

The Article 32 measures themselves: encryption, control of access, walls between accounts, where the data lives, retention periods, and that 72-hour breach clock.

  • Acceptable Use Policy

What is allowed on the platform, including by customers you resell to: material that is barred outright, load limits on shared hardware, the patching that remains your job, and enforcement.

  • Anti-Spam Policy

The standard of consent required, the reason a bought-in list gets refused, hourly ceilings on shared and reseller plans, and what happens once a run starts.

  • Copyright and Takedown Policy

Filing a notice, the way it reaches a reseller-hosted customer, the right of reply, counter-notices, and what repeat infringement brings.

  • Service Level Agreement

The 99.9% figure converted into minutes, the exclusions, the credit bands, and what a reseller can safely promise onward.

  • Complaints Procedure

Three stages, each with a published deadline, who to approach when a reseller sent the invoice, and the independent routes after that.

  • Accessibility Statement

Which standard we aim at, what already meets it, the limitations written down rather than buried, and how to report a barrier.

  • Modern Slavery Statement

Voluntary, sitting below the statutory threshold, yet asked for more and more in wholesale procurement.

Which one answers my question?

  • Can I have my money back? The refund policy — that particular window varies by product, and provisioned VPS alongside dedicated servers remains outside it altogether.
  • What uptime are you really committing to? Section 5 of the terms. Treat it as a target that carries a pro-rated credit, not as a contractual service level, and the response-times page sets out why the wording runs that way.
  • Who else touches my data? The sub-processor table in the privacy policy.
  • Our procurement people will not approve this without a signed DPA. The data processing addendum.
  • A site on your platform is abusing me. Report abuse.
