Two agreements

The terms of service govern hosting you have bought. These govern the website and bind every visitor, customer or not. Where both touch a service you hold, the terms of service prevail.

1. Permitted use

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, use the domain search freely. Not permitted:

• scraping at a rate that degrades it, or evading rate limits on search and pricing;
• republishing substantial portions of the writing as your own — including reselling our page copy as your own storefront text, which resellers do ask about;
• framing or presenting it to imply a partnership that does not exist;
• probing for vulnerabilities outside the terms in the data security statement.

2. Ownership

Text, layout, artwork and marks belong to IGI Security Services Ltd. Photography is licensed to us and a licence to quote text does not extend to it. Third-party names — cPanel, WordPress, WHMCS and others — belong to their owners and appear descriptively.

Reselling our services does not license our branding. Sell the hosting under your own name and your own words.

3. Prices and specifications

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. Local-currency figures are live conversions for orientation only; the sum debited is the dollar amount at your bank's rate.

Domain pricing comes from registries and moves. A published figure is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer — the binding figure is the one in the basket when you pay. Where a price is displayed in obvious error we are not obliged to honour it, and you hear before money moves rather than after.

Specifications change as the platform is upgraded; reductions affecting an existing service are notified to the customers affected.

4. Guidance is general

Guides and comparisons are researched and written to be useful, but they are general information rather than advice on your circumstances. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice — including anything about setting up as a reseller, which touches company formation and tax and deserves a professional who knows your position.

Competitor comparisons reflect what was public at the time of writing. Providers change pricing without notice; verify before relying on one.

5. Outbound links

We link to registries, documentation and tooling where those are the better answer. Those sites are outside our control and not endorsed wholesale, and their handling of your data is their own.

6. Availability

Provided as it stands and not covered by the service level agreement, which applies to purchased hosting rather than our brochure. Pages may change, move or be withdrawn without notice.

7. Liability

So far as the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on general information here, from third-party sites reached by our links, or from this site being unavailable.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Cookies and personal data

Browser storage: cookie policy. Personal data: privacy policy. Exercising a right: GDPR and your data rights.

9. Governing law

The law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction. Consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings locally.
