The part that applies only here
Stockholm is roughly 30 ms out from our London origin. Sweden has all but stopped using cash, and the two rails Swedes reach for — Swish and Klarna — are precisely the ones we cannot accept, so a card is what you would use. We do not sell .se yet; as an EU resident, .eu is open to you.

Can I order from Sweden?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued in Sweden all go through, and the account builds itself the moment the payment clears — nobody signs it off by hand, and nothing requires you to sit in the UK. The tag reads in SEK so you can weigh up the cost; the charge lands on your card in USD.
What do people in Sweden usually pay with, and does your till take it?
Straight answer rather than the flattering one. Swish and Klarna, both used constantly in Sweden, are missing from our checkout. Swedish cards themselves work as normal. A card cleared for international payments is the one method we can always take. Better you learn that here than after you have spent an hour picking a plan.
Will the site feel quick to visitors in Sweden?
The machines sit in London, about 10–35 ms from you. Quick enough that a local host would buy you nothing. In practice a first-time reader pulling a cached page rarely feels the distance, because that page can come from an edge location near them. Where the distance shows is logged-in work — the WordPress admin, a checkout, anything that cannot be cached — since every action travels to London and back. Is there tax to pay on an order placed in Sweden?
As an EU buyer, VAT may be due on your order. Where it is, the amount is worked out and printed at checkout before you hand over any money — never bolted on afterwards. Buying as a VAT-registered business? Put your number in and the reverse charge takes care of it.
Must I be in the UK to hold an account?
No. The company behind the counter is British — Bohzo Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 15031604, which anyone can check on the public Companies House register — but buying hosting carries no residency test and no business-registration test. An order placed in Sweden runs through exactly as a London one does.
And if it turns out to be the wrong fit?
Hosting plans give you 30 days to change your mind; reseller plans give you 7. That is long enough to put a real site up and time it against your own audience instead of taking our figures on trust. If it does not suit, ask for the money back. Domain registrations are the one exception — the registry bills us the second a name is registered, so those cannot be refunded.
