Rules that bite in this market only
Stockholm sits roughly 30 ms out from our London origin. Cash has all but vanished in Sweden, and the payment methods Swedes actually use, Swish and Klarna, are precisely the ones we cannot accept, so a card is what you would end up reaching for at checkout. We do not sell .se yet. Live in the EU and .eu is open to you instead.

In practice a first-time reader pulling a cached page rarely feels the distance, because that page can come from an edge location near them. Where the distance shows is logged-in work — the WordPress admin, a checkout, anything that cannot be cached — since every action travels to London and back. Is there tax to pay on an order placed in Sweden?
Buy from inside the EU and VAT may be due on the order. Where it applies, checkout works the figure out and prints it on screen before you part with a penny, so nothing gets bolted onto the total afterwards. Registered for VAT as a business? Enter your number at that point and the reverse charge takes care of it.
Must I be in the UK to hold an account?
No. The company behind the counter is British — IGI Security Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 15881180, which anyone can check on the public Companies House register — but buying hosting carries no residency test and no business-registration test. An order placed in Sweden runs through exactly as a London one does.
And if it turns out to be the wrong fit?
Change your mind on a hosting plan inside 30 days and we refund it; on reseller the window is 7. Either way that leaves room to build something real and measure how it performs for your own audience, instead of believing the numbers we print. Not right for you? Say so and the money goes back. One thing sits outside all this: domain registrations. Registries charge us the moment a name is booked, so no refund is possible there.
